Upload pipes → Pipes Conveyor → Rust Removal by Shot-blasting → Intermediate Frequency Heating → Epoxy Powder Coating → Adhesive Coating → Polypropylene Wrap → Water cooling → Pipe Edge Beveling → Unload pipes.
- Surface Preparation (Shot Blasting)
Steel pipes are cleaned to Sa2.5/Sa3 standard to remove rust, scale, and contaminants, ensuring optimal coating adhesion. - Induction Heating
Pipes are heated to the required temperature to facilitate proper FBE application. - FBE Powder Coating
Electrostatic spraying applies a uniform epoxy layer onto the pipe surface. - Adhesive Application
A copolymer adhesive layer is extruded or sprayed over the FBE layer. - Polypropylene Extrusion Coating
The outer PP layer is applied through extrusion, forming a thick, durable protective shell. - Cooling System
Pipes pass through controlled cooling (water or air) to stabilize the coating layers. - Inspection & Quality Control
Includes thickness measurement, holiday detection, adhesion testing, and visual inspection. - Marking & Handling
Finished pipes are marked, conveyed, and prepared for storage or shipment.
