The HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is a high-efficiency, high-speed, and energy-saving system designed for manufacturing HDPE outer casing pipes used in PU foam pre-insulated pipelines, in compliance with international standards.
The HDPE jacket pipes are produced using a vacuum calibration process, resulting in smooth inner and outer surfaces. They offer long service life, excellent corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance, as well as outstanding mechanical strength. Production range: 110-2200mm (by different models)
