HDPE jacket extrusion line for pre-insulated pipes, designed to extrude thin-walled outer shells that protect polyurethane foam in pre-buried insulated pipes. Manufactured by Huashida Company using vacuum calibration technology, this production line offers stable operation and easy PLC control. HDPE outer protective sleeves are specialized for insulated pipes and widely used in central heating, petroleum, natural gas, and other industrial fields.

• Example output rates:
  • SJ-75/33: 250-350 kg/h
  • SJ-120/33: 700-900 kg/h
  • SJ-150/33: 800-1200 kg/h

Compared to inflation method (internal pressure method):

• Reduces 2-3 workers per shift in 24-hour operation
• Minimal waste and scrap pipes, no need for manual waste crushing
• Higher efficiency - for 960mm diameter pipes, output is approximately 60 pipes of 11.6m length, significantly higher than inflation method
• Uniform and smooth wall thickness, reducing material waste with adjustable wall thickness
• No edge trimming required, one-time forming

Single screw with barrel and mixing head; barrel features new grooved (channel) design ensuring excellent gelation effect, high output, and stable performance.

Complete production line can be controlled by PLC with user-friendly human-machine interface. All technical parameters can be set and displayed via touch screen. Control system can be customized according to customer requirements, with optional PLC configuration.
