Continuous Production PU Foam Jacket Production Line with Simultaneous Molding and ≤250m2/H Capacity
The One-Step Polyurethane (PU) Insulated Pipe Production Line is an advanced, fully integrated manufacturing system designed for the continuous production of high-performance insulated pipelines used in district heating, oil & gas transportation, and underground thermal networks. This system adopts one-step continuous forming technology, where the carrier pipe, polyurethane foam insulation, and outer HDPE jacket are combined in a single synchronized process.
Compared to traditional multi-step production, this technology significantly improves efficiency, reduces labor, and ensures superior bonding quality between layers. The production line is suitable for manufacturing pre-insulated pipes with diameters ranging from 30mm to 500mm (or customized), meeting international standards for thermal insulation and pipeline protection.
