The PUF insulated pipe jacket pipe extrusion line is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving for producing HDPE pipe used as a protective cover of  PU foam thermal Pre-insulated Pipe.
It is small in size, easy to operate with an automatic control system and has a long service life.

---Compared with the inflating method (internal pressure method)
1. For 24 hours of working, it reduces 2-3 workers for each shift.
2. There are fewer waste pipes and materials, no need workers to crush waste material.
3. High-efficiency. Take Diameter 960mm as an example, Output is approximately 60 pcs of 11.6meters pipe, it is a much higher output than that of inflating method.
4. Pipe wall is average and smooth, to reduce waste of raw material, and pipe thickness is adjustable.
5. No need to trim edge, once forming.

I. Pipe Usage

III. Main machine- High-efficiency single screw extruder

IV. Controlling system
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen. The controlling system is designed according to the customer; S requirement, to be with PLC, or without.
