The Polyurethane spraying Polyethylene winding pre insulation pipe production line, independently developed by HUASHIDA company, holds multiple national patents. According to third-party standardization evaluation, the technical advancement level is level 5, reaching domestic advanced standards.
This machine has earned the title of "First Set of Technical Equipment in Shandong Province." It employs either continuous or intermittent spraying production processes with high automation, fast production efficiency, and raw material savings. The foaming closed-cell rate is increased while water absorption is reduced.
