Automatic 3-Layer Polyethylene & FBE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line with SA2.5 Cleaning for 50-4200mm Pipes
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is designed for coating steel pipes of multiple diameters with anti-corrosion materials in a factory setting. This technology has broad applications in various engineering projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil extraction industries.
The coating lines are suitable for FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP, and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coatings.
The 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer, and outer polyethylene layer.
Our 3PE anti-corrosion coating production line covers a diameter range of φ50 ~ φ4200 and utilizes three-layer anti-corrosion protection: a layer of epoxy powder (FBE > 120µm), a second layer of adhesive (170 ~ 250µm), and a third layer of polyethylene (PE 1.8-4.2 mm).

The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating represents leading technology that functions as the outermost protective layer for underground pipelines. Corrosion-resistant steel pipes are primarily categorized into two main types: internally treated and externally treated.
Internally treated steel pipes are widely used, relatively low-cost, and utilize a coating to protect the pipe's interior. Externally treated steel pipes are primarily 3PE-coated, representing mainstream technology. Our 3PE anti-corrosion production line utilizes mature technology, providing highly effective corrosion protection for both the exterior and interior of steel pipes.
