This continuous flexible pre-insulated pipe production line is a high-efficiency one-step extrusion foaming machinery professionally developed for manufacturing PERT II flexible heating insulation pipes, PPR insulated pipes and HDPE thermal insulation pipes for district heating systems.
Adopting advanced integrated continuous extrusion foaming technology, the equipment fully automates inner pressure pipe forming, PU polyurethane foam injection insulation, film encapsulation coating and HDPE outer casing extrusion in one continuous workflow, realizing one-time integrated molding of high-performance buried heating insulation pipes.
The finished flexible pre-insulated pipe features a premium three-layer composite structure: inner PERT/PPR/HDPE pressure pipe layer, closed-cell polyurethane foam thermal insulation layer, and durable HDPE outer protective casing layer. This structural design delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, stable sealing property, smooth inner pipe wall, superior corrosion resistance and ultra-long service life.
