The High-Efficiency PE Insulated Pipe Manufacturing Line with Vacuum Calibration produces rigid "pipe-in-pipe" structures consisting of steel or galvanized steel carrier pipes, polyurethane foam insulation layers, and protective outer jacket pipes made of high-density polyethylene for underground installation or galvanized steel sheets for above-ground applications.
Structural rigidity is achieved through strong bonds between the steel pipe, polyurethane insulation layer, and jacket pipe. The process includes pre-shot blast or blast cleaning of steel pipe surfaces, optimal polyurethane insulation performance, and corona treatment of polyethylene pipe surfaces.
