3-Layer PE Coating Structure
3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of three integrated layers:
- FBE (Fusion bonded epoxy) coating, FBE>100um
- Adhesive layer, 170~250um
- Polyethylene layer, 1.8~3.7mm
The three layers are integrated and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion coating.

Coating Process Workflow
Upload pipes → pipes screw conveyor → rust removal → intermediate frequency heating → Epoxy powder coating → Adhesive & polyethylene coating → cooling spray → pipes screw conveyor → Pipe end beveling → unload pipes
