Huashida Intelligent Steel Pipe Internal & External Epoxy (FBE) Coating Line is independently developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. It has been certified as Shandong Province's First Set of Technical Equipment and awarded a Scientific & Technological Achievement Certificate, with overall performance reaching the domestic leading level.
Production Line Advantages
- Synchronous Internal & External Coating: Replaces the traditional two-step process (with secondary heating) with one-time synchronous FBE coating on both pipe walls. This cuts energy consumption significantly and reduces coating time by nearly 50%, greatly boosting efficiency.
- Ultra-Large Pipe Capacity: Processes steel pipes up to 4200 mm in diameter, 12 m in length, and 30 tons in weight. Each support roller carries 3 times the load of conventional models, with a compact layout saving floor space.
- High-Efficiency Cleaning & Coating: Integrates high-speed internal shot blasting (cleanliness ≥ Sa2.5) for small pipes and a digital coating control system. Coating thickness is precisely controlled at 150-800 μm, ensuring uniform, dense, and strongly adhesive layers.
- Intelligent & Stable Operation: Equipped with a PLC-based intelligent control system that monitors temperature, rotation speed, and spray volume in real time. Ideal for heavy-duty anticorrosion applications in oil/gas, water supply, and chemical industries.
