Production Line Features
- Advanced technology design includes: 1st single screw extruder for profiled T belts, profiled T belts extrusion die, vacuum calibration cooling platform, haul-off, coiler; 2nd single screw extruder for HDPE plates; 3rd single screw extruder for melting glue material, spiral forming unit, cutting unit and stack unit
- Spiral forming unit: Advanced multi-axes transmission box with high transmission force and stable running performance. Unique composite die-head design with rotational molding after combined feed
- Cutting part: Saw cutting with desired length. OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer control system with touch screen interface for automatic and reliable operation
- PLC computer control system with touch screen: High-speed processing with large storage capacity. Multi-control points for synchronized operation of forming pipe extrusion, melting PE adhesive extrusion, winding and cutting processes
Production Line Components
The system consists of two main parts:
- PE Pipe Production Line: Extrudes PE/PP profiled T belt. Includes SJ series Single Screw Extruder, Die Head (outer mold and mandrill), Calibration & Cooling platform, Haul-off and coiler
- Forming Machine: Produces qualified HDPE double flat wall steel reinforced winding pipe. Includes SJ series Single Screw Extruder, Die Head, Spiral forming unit, Cutting Unit, Stack Unit, PLC control system with touch screen
