Huashida HDPE Jacket Pipe Extrusion Line is a high-performance solution for producing HDPE casing pipes for PU pre-insulated pipe systems. Featuring high output, low energy consumption, and reliable operation, the line can manufacture HDPE jacket pipes with diameters from Ø110 mm to Ø2200 mm, widely used in district heating, oil & gas transportation, hot water supply, and industrial pipeline insulation projects.
The produced HDPE jacket pipes provide excellent mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, moisture protection, and long service life, ensuring reliable protection for the polyurethane insulation layer and carrier pipe.
