1.Frozen the ice pack in the freezer at -18C for 24 hours.
2.Put the items (,medicine,blood,food, vegetables, drinks…) in the container and save some space for inserting ice packs. Or you can place the ice packs just above the items.
3.The cold life is depend on the quantity of the quantity of ice packs, performance of coolers, the climate, way of transportation, distance of transportation as well as sizes of ice boxes.
4.The frozen ice pack will turn into gel gradually after several hours. Please re-frozen them in the freezer.

1. WHAT FORMAT OF THE FILE DO YOU NEED IF I WANT MY OWN DESIGN?
A:We have our own designer team. Al,CDR or PDF,etc are recommended, JPG with high-resolution is also OK for artwork. For those new developed mold, 3D drawing is needed.
 

2.WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT TERM?
A:Our normal payment term is 30% deposite and 70% by TT before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight.
 

3.WHICH KINDS OF CERTIFICATE CAN I HAVE?
A:We can arrange 3rd party to have the test or certification you may need.But the inspection. fee may bear by both side.
