Precautions:

1. Refer to the appendix "Probe Usage List", install on the measuring head that is suitable for the thread to be measured.

2. Loosen the lower locking screw, turn the nut on the tail, and adjust the position of the fixed probe. Put the two probes into

    the slots with the corresponding spacing of the standard strictly, so that the spherical outer circle of the two probes are close to

    the protection plate, and the pointer of the indicator is basically pointing directly above, and tighten the locking screw

    after adjustment.

3. The fixed measuring head is kept in a fixed position, the moveable measuring head is rotated in a small arc in the alveolar,

    rotate the bezel of the indicator to make the zero position coincide with the maximum indicating reading, and lock the bezel.

4. The calibrated two measuring heads of the internal thread pitch measuring instrument are placed in the detected thread slot,

    with the fixed measuring head as the axis. The moveable head makes a small arc swing in the alveolar, and the smallest positive

    reading or largest negative reading of the indicator is the pitch error.
