These metric plug ring gauges are precision metrology tools designed for checking threaded or tapped holes. They verify proper thread type, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, and pitch against a mating thread gauge.
Our facility features first-grade thread machining centers and measuring equipment to produce high-precision thread ring gauges for global customers. Plug gauges provide rapid results with simple operation principles that require minimal training.
For small threaded parts, the gauge features a double-ended design with GO gauge on one end and NOGO on the other. Larger parts may use separate pieces. Acceptance criteria: the GO gauge must pass through the entire nut length with minimal rotational force, while the NOGO gauge should not exceed 2 turns at either end.
