Highly Precise Metric Thread Plug Gauge M56 GO Side for Manufacturing Inspection
These metric plug ring gauges are precision metrology tools designed for checking threaded or tapped holes. They verify proper thread type, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, and pitch against mating thread gauges.
Our facility features first-grade thread machining centers and measuring equipment to produce high-precision thread ring gauges for global customers. Plug gauges provide rapid inspection results with simple operation principles that require minimal training.
For small threaded components, gauges feature double-ended design with GO and NOGO sections. Larger parts utilize separate pieces. Acceptance criteria require the GO gauge to pass through the entire nut length with minimal rotational force, while the NOGO gauge should not exceed two turns at either end.
Available in multiple configurations including GO thread plug gauges, NOGO thread plug gauges, and combination GO/NOGO thread plug gauges.
