The jacketed vessel blends SLES, CAPB cocamidopropyl betaine, cocamide DEA, preservatives and fragrance into a clear, uniform surfactant base, while the high-shear homogenizer disperses pearlizing agents and conditioning polymers for a stable pearlescent finish.
