Feature
plasma polishing,also known as the fourth state of matter, is an electromagnetic gaseous discharge phenomenon that partially ionizes gaseous particles. The ionized gas includes atoms, molecules, atomic clusters, ions, and electrons. Plasma is a layer of gas, namely ozone, generated between the polishing solvent and the processed product under the pressure of electric charge. When the ions in this gas reach a certain quantity, a plasma state is formed. Under the influence of positive ions, ion exchange occurs on the surface of the metal, leading to an enhancement in the smoothness of the product. This results in the desired polishing effect.
