1. Do PCB panelizing as per 2x5
2. Add tooling hole and fiducial mark in breakways
3. Attach PI stiffener to the golden figure on the bottom layer, and the total thickness of stiffener is 0.33+/-0.05mm.
4. Attach 0.8mm FR4 stiffener to the pad on the bottom layer, and the total thickness of stiffener is 0.95+/-0.1mm.
5. Put in to production according to customer specified laminated stackup
