FR4 (KB6160A) is a common material used in printed circuit board (PCB). It is a kind of copper-clad laminate, belonging to the Kingboard brand. It is an epoxy glass cloth-based copper-clad laminate with ultraviolet blocking function. Its performance is comparable to that of KB-6150 and it is suitable for use on PCBs that require simultaneous photosensitive curing of solder resist ink (UV) in both directions and optical automatic inspection (AOI).
