For  processing, the heat dissipation of common aluminum or Cu base boards pass through insulating heat conductive materials. But the effect will be reduced. It is suitable for small power LED lamps. However, if the heat dissipation demand is very high in automotive LED lamps or high-frequency PCBs, the aluminum base board and common copper base board cannot meet the requirements.

A common solution is to use a heat-electric separation copper base board. To achieve the best heat dissipation effect, the circuit part and heat layer part are on different circuit layers, and the heat layer part directly contacts the heat dissipation part of the LED lamp.
