This 1500kW Yuchai YC16VCG-1500N5LC container gas generator set is fully customized for Russia low-temperature projects. The whole power unit (YC16VCG 16-cylinder V-type gas engine shown in the photo) is pre-assembled on skid rails and installed inside a heavy-duty insulated container, ready for fast site installation and commissioning after delivery.

The container adopts 50mm thick insulated doors for freeze protection. Multiple constant-temperature heating plates and heating air conditioner are fitted inside the cabin to maintain stable internal working temperature under frigid winter conditions. A horizontal water tank radiator is mounted on the container roof, with 4 side-mounted exhaust fans and electric motorized louvers to automatically adjust ventilation. Equipped with gas leak detection device, intelligent genset controller and full protection system, this containerized gas power station realizes safe, unattended continuous operation in remote Russian sites.

The engine adopts genuine Yuchai YC16VCG-1500N5LC 16V series gas engine, stable running with natural gas / biogas / associated gas. All electrical and heating systems are tested to adapt to Russia’s extreme cold climate, preventing pipeline freezing, hard cold start and condensation damage.
