304L stainless steel coil is a low-carbon variant of the 304 grade and has lower carbon content than 304 stainless steel coil. Because the reduced carbon content improves weldability and reduces sensitization susceptibility. "L" stands for "Low Carbon" This low carbon content helps minimize the risk of sensitization and intergranular corrosion
Features:
Weldability: Due to the lower carbon content, 304L stainless steel coils exhibit better weldability than 304 grade steel coils. It reduces the risk of carbide precipitation during welding, which can lead to intergranular corrosion.

Surface treatment:
No.1
Polished with #100-#200 abrasive belt, it has good brightness and discontinuous rough lines. It can be used as interior and exterior decoration parts for buildings, electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.
2B
The surface brightness and smoothness of no2B is better than that of no2D. Through special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties, No2B can almost meet the comprehensive purpose.
BA
Cold rolled, bright annealed, smoothed, the products have excellent brightness and good reflectivity, such as mirrors, kitchen utensils, decorations, etc.
No 4
Use #150-#180 abrasive belt for polishing. It has better brightness and discontinuous rough lines, but is finer than No.3. It is used for bathtubs, interior and exterior decorations of buildings, electrical appliances, kitchen utensils, food processing equipment, etc.
HL
The No. 4 topcoat is polished with #150-#320 abrasive belt and has continuous stripes. It is mainly used for architectural decoration elevators, building doors, door panels, etc.
