Heat treatment process:
Annealing process: 760±10℃ annealing, furnace cooling to 400℃ air cooling, hardness: HB220-230
Normalizing process: 860±10°C normalizing, normal air cooling
Quenching + tempering process: 840±10℃ quenching or oil, 680-700 degrees tempering, hardness: HB<217
Tempering quenching + tempering: 840±10℃ quenching oil, 470 degrees tempering, hardness: HRC41-45
Quenching + tempering: 840±10℃ quenching oil, 480 degrees tempering, hardness: HRC35-45
Quenching + tempering: Quenching at 850°C, then tempering at 500°C, hardness: HRC40-43
Quenching and tempering + tempering: quenching at 860°C, then tempering at 390°C, hardness: HRC48-52
