Specifications

The thickness is 0.3 mm, which is a relatively thin specification. The width and length of this sheet can be customized according to production needs and actual applications. Common widths are 1000 mm, 1219 mm, 1250 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2000 mm, etc. There are also many length options.

Production process

Produced by cold rolling process. During the cold rolling process, the stainless steel slab is rolled at room temperature to make its thickness thinner, the surface smoother and flatter, and the dimensional accuracy higher. Compared with the hot rolling process, the cold rolling process can make the steel plate have better surface quality, higher dimensional accuracy and better mechanical properties.

Performance characteristics:

Good surface quality: The cold rolling process makes the surface of the thin plate smooth and neat, showing a high degree of finish and good appearance. It is generally a 2B surface (matte surface). It can also be processed into bright surface (BA), rolled matte surface, brushed (HL), fine grinding (grinding 4K, 6K, 8K mirror film) and other surface effects according to needs

Higher dimensional accuracy: The thickness tolerance control is relatively strict. For example, the thickness tolerance can reach +0 - 0.002 mm, and the width tolerance precision value can be +0 - 0.1 mm, which can meet the application scenarios with high dimensional accuracy requirements

Good mechanical properties: It has certain strength and hardness, while still maintaining good toughness and ductility

Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel itself has good corrosion resistance, can resist corrosion from the atmosphere, water, general chemicals, etc., and is suitable for applications under various environmental conditions
