Product Description

High Thermal Conductivity Hastelloy Nickel 0.6mm Heat Exchanger Plates For GEA PHE

GEA Heat Exchanger Plates

  1. Plate heat exchanger plates play a crucial role in facilitating heat exchange and separating different media within plate heat exchangers. These plates are engineered using advanced CAD/CAM technology for plate design, and they undergo a precise pressing process using sophisticated molds to achieve exceptional precision. As a result, the plates are thinner, which enhances heat transfer efficiency.
  2. These high-quality plates are specifically designed to be compatible with a range of renowned brands such as , ACCESSEN, GEA (Kelvion), APV, Sondex, Tranter, Hisaka, API, Funke, Vicarb, Mueller, SWEP, Fischer, AGC, Thermalwave, ITT, LHE, DHP, and many others. They are tailored to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliable heat transfer in diverse settings.

Production Process:

  • Cutting and leveling: Stainless steel plates are precisely cut using machine tools to meet the design specifications. After cutting, a leveling treatment is performed to ensure a smooth and even surface, which is essential for efficient heat transfer.
  • Stamping: The flattened plates undergo a stamping process using a hydraulic press. This process creates specific herringbone patterns on the plates, which contribute to a high turbulence coefficient. The turbulence promotes effective heat transfer by maximizing the contact between the fluids and the plates. Careful control is maintained during stamping to prevent plate deformation or any damage that may compromise performance.
  • Surface treatment: To enhance corrosion resistance and heat transfer performance, the plates undergo surface treatment. This treatment can include polishing, sandblasting, or coating, depending on specific requirements and application scenarios. The chosen treatment method helps to protect the plates from corrosion and fouling while facilitating efficient heat exchange between the fluids.
