Heat Exchanger Plates

1Plate heat exchanger is a new type of high-efficiency heat exchanger made of stacked metal plates with a certain corrugated shape. The structural components include plates, gaskets, compression plates (movable compression plates and fixed compression plates), and frames. (upper and lower guide rods, front pillars) and clamping bolts.

2. A thin rectangular channel is formed between each plate. The plates are sealed and guided by sealing gaskets to separate the two cold/hot fluid channels. The cold/hot heat exchange medium flows through respective channels and exchanges heat with the separated plates to achieve the temperature required by the user.

3. Our heat exchanger plates use thermal mixing technology, which can combine the heat transfer and pressure drop of the heat exchanger to make it operate at a better operating point. Internal bypass, dual flow channel technology and unequal flow cross-sectional area assembly provide a perfect solution for working conditions where the media flow rate on both sides is significantly different.
