Operation Guidelines
Pre-Use Inspection: Check hydraulic system, oil levels, and all components according to Table2 specifications.
Installation: Follow 15-step procedure for proper equipment setup and container mounting.
Movement: Use tractor connection with specified speed limits (10 km/h straight, 5 km/h turning).
Roll-up Process: Complete 15-step disassembly procedure after container placement.
Safety Warnings
• Maintain minimum turning radius of 7m with turn angle less than 30°
• Keep ground slope ≤1% when stopping
• Ensure equal length on both direction arms to prevent veering
• For long-distance movement (≥500m), maintain container height ≤240mm from ground
• Maximum hoisting time: 10 minutes continuous operation
Maintenance Requirements
Clean equipment after use with neutral cleaning agents only
Inspect structure and hydraulic circuits before and after operation
Hydraulic oil capacity: 2.1L per tank (15# hydraulic oil required)
Store in dry conditions protected from rain, sun, and water damage
