The cyclone separator features a vertical cylinder structure with three distinct zones: liquid collection area, cyclone separation area, and purification chamber. Internal cyclonic components are evenly arranged and secured through upper and lower tube plates.
- Upper intake air design
- Central intake configuration
- Lower intake arrangement
The compact vertical design ensures small footprint and lightweight construction. Each studio compartment includes individual inspection access points for maintenance convenience.
- Separation Efficiency: 99% at operating point, 97% at ±15% variation
- Pressure Drop: ≤0.05MPa under normal conditions
- Service Life: ≥20 years design lifespan
- Particle Removal: Solid particles ≥10µm effectively removed
- Simple structure with high operational flexibility
- Cost-effective pricing with minimal maintenance requirements
- Excellent efficiency for coarse dust particles (5-10µm)
- Suitable for high temperature, high pressure conditions
- Widely used in pharmaceutical industry and fluidized bed reactors
Ideal for purifying non-viscous, non-fibrous dry dust larger than 1-3 microns. The cyclone separator serves as essential air pollution control equipment across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, and energy transmission systems.
