This specialized metal cleaning powder effectively removes oil stains from workpieces during sandblasting operations while providing Class A fireproof protection. The additive prevents fire hazards during shot blasting and eliminates contamination of blasting media, blasting systems, and workpiece surfaces.
Technical Operation Principle
The powder-form mixture of inorganic mineral components features microscopically thin platelets that position themselves on oil-wetted metal surfaces. When mixed with blasting shot, the additive becomes operational within 15-30 minutes through normal circulation, utilizing adhesion effects rather than absorption for superior degreasing performance.
