The seam (roll) welding special machine is the evolution of spot welder. It uses the roller electrode to replace the cylindrical electrode of spot welding and as the welding work piece moves between the rolling plates, the seal welding will generate weld nuggets which will overlap with each other so as to achieve welding effect. AC pulse current will be adopted. Roll welding is widely applied to light gauge welding of sealed container of oil drum, can, heating radiator, airplane and fuel tank, rocket and missile.

Machine Composition:

The bottom welding electrode is used to fix the cylinder so as to help fixing the mould and welding.
Power Source: It can adopt AC or medium frequency DC resistance welding special transformer energy as welding power supply. Executed standard is GB/15578-2008, magnetic permeability of forced temperature control water cooling silicon steel sheet is above 1200GS, special water cooling and subprime loop, ensuring constant and powerful welding current, providing guarantee for high quality welding spot.
Welding Control System: Adopt the intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface. Automatic testing and compensation which could guarantee the situation that the machine will be at work only when the current value is in the preset data so as to ensure the stability of welding effect and effective prevention of undesirable phenomena like loose welding and cold joint. The features of quick response and high precision of control may help you obtain high quality of welding spots.
Welding Electrode: It adopts embedded electrode with superior conductive performance red copper on electric conduction position. It adopts high hardness Beryllium copper cobalt for the welding electrode. Welding wheel diameter can be designed according to weld position ranging from 100mm to 300mm.
