AC pulse spot welding machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric curent, Such kind of lowvoltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due tothe resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal wil therefore generate high heat to make the work piecesin molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.

Features of The AC Pulse Spot Welding Machine
1) Three control functions: constant primary and secondary current, constant voltage;
2) Automatic adjustment of welding power and welding current;
3) Ensure the automatic cycle of each program segment of welding process in order to achieve complete automation;
4) When the current is too low, it will automatically electrify to conduct repair welding;
5) Be able to use the control panel to set parameters for different welding models directly. Convenient operation, easy adjustment;
6) Both single welding and continuous welding are available and each welding cycle has three welding conditions;
7) The intensity and time of welding current of each welding condition could be set separately. In the meantime, the current could be set to gradual up or down;
8) Pneumatic control (action output); the pneumatic control could be delayed;
9) Be able to store 9 types of welding models. Be able to select and adjust different welding models by choosing the number of models;
10) Silicon controlled adopts phase shift to trigger and the synchronous voltage is from the grid voltage to ensure the silicon controlled and grid will conduct synchronous phase shift trigger so as to achieve precise adjustment of the welding current and to meet the requirement of welding different materials;
11) When the power grid voltage fluctuates, the automatically compensation can make the welding current more stable. Thus, the welding quality could be guaranteed even though the grid voltage is under bad situation.
