Galvanized steel coil is a thin steel sheet that immerses the steel sheet into the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere with a layer of zinc. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the zinc melting bath to make galvanized steel plate. It has corrosion resistance, painting, formability and spot welding.
Galvanized steel coils have spangle coating, available in big spangle, small spangle, and zero spangle varieties. Spangle is formed during the hot-dip galvanizing process. The size, brightness, and surface of spangles mainly depend on the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method. While spangles look different, they almost never influence the quality of galvanized steel.
Our galvanized steel is galvanized on both sides by the hot dip method. It provides not only the physical protection of zinc but also the electrochemical protection of zinc, while meeting the processing requirements of rolling, coiling and other manufacturing processes.
