Our JIS Galvalume Steel Coils feature an aluminum-zinc alloy coating consisting of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. This composition provides superior corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and thermal reflectivity compared to traditional galvanized products. The surface spangle is small and uniform with bright colors and high surface hardness, making it suitable for various color coatings.

• Corrosion resistance: Aluminum forms a protective alumina layer when zinc is abraded, preventing further corrosion.
• Heat resistance: Can withstand temperatures exceeding 300°C.
• Thermal reflectivity: Twice that of standard galvanized steel sheets.
• Economical efficiency: Provides 3% more coverage area than galvanized steel at equal weight and coating thickness.

Standard packaging includes waterproof paper, polyethylene rust inhibitor, anti-rust paper, protective rings on both ends, steel belt, and guard plates. Custom packaging options available upon request.
