Crimped wire mesh is woven by pre-bent metal wire, ensuring uniform mesh size, stability, consistency, and a smooth surface. This mesh offers excellent dimensional strength, abrasion resistance, uniform openings, and anti-corrosion properties, making it ideal for quarry screens in mining and industrial applications for sieving, grading, and separating materials.

Available in SS304, 316L, 301, 302, 321, 202, manganese steel, galvanized steel, carbon steel, black iron, and chrome polished steel. Commonly used for screening in mines, coal factories, construction, and other industries. Some galvanized and stainless steel crimped wire mesh is also used for roasting flour food and meat.

Pre-crimping before weaving with various bending techniques including two-way separated wave bending, locked bending, flat-topped curved, two-way bending, and one-way separated wave bending.

• Rectangular Slotted Mesh: Economical with greater open area for increased airflow, reducing binding or clogging. Ideal for reducing flake content in materials.
• Extra Long Slotted Mesh: Manufactured with double or triple cross wires for strength and cost-effectiveness. Provides high open area and throughput, decreasing clogging risk.
• Square Mesh: Most cost-efficient with an expanded lifespan. Suitable for screening regular-shaped material and reducing clogging risk.
• Self-Cleaning Screens: Recommended for preventing clogging and anti-pegging. Crimped and straight wires vibrate independently, ideal for difficult areas.

• Plain/Double: Standard weave with square openings. Each warp wire passes alternately over and under fill wires at right angles.
• Twill Square: Each warp and shute is woven alternately over two and under two warp wires, allowing for heavier wires and greater loads.
• Twill Dutch: High-strength filter cloth with finer mesh counts and lower flow, capable of filtering particles as fine as 2 microns.
