The Galvalume Aluzinc steel coils is composed of an aluminum-zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600 ° C. Its entire structure is composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal of an alloy.

- Excellent heat resistance,ordinary hot-dip galvanized products are usually used at temperatures not exceeding 230 degrees Celsius,250 degrees Celsius will change color,aluminum-dip galvanized sheet is different.it can be used at 315 degrees Celsius for a long time.
- Super high reflectivity,55%aluminum zinc reflecting heat and light,which is two times capacity of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.The reflectivity is greater than 0.70.which is better than 0.65 of EPA ENERGY STAR.It is an ideal building material for energy conservation.
- Excellent corrosion resistance,55%aluminum-galvanized steel sheet has better corrosion resistance than the same thickness of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet,with same thickness and same content percentage of al-zinc,life is 2-6 times more than ordinary galvanized steel sheet.

AFP -Anti-finger and Non Anti-Finger Surface
Galvalume steel sheets can be divided into anti-finger(AFP) and Non-antifungal.
Anti-finger includes color anti-finger and colorless anti-finger.
Anti-fingerprint refers to coating a layer of anti-fingerprint liquid on the surface of a galvalume steel coil to prevent oxidation. Since human sweat and aluminized zinc are easily oxidized, a layer of anti-fingerprint liquid is applied to increase the service life of the Galvalume steel sheet.
