GI Steel Coil Bright Metallic Silver 0.12mm to 2.5mm(Z40 – Z275)
The ProGuard™ Galvanized Steel Coil represents the gold standard in corrosion-resistant materials. Engineered through the hot-dip galvanizing process, each coil is submerged in a 450°C molten zinc bath, creating a robust metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel substrate.
This process produces a multi-layered coating that acts as a physical barrier and provides cathodic protection, ensuring the steel remains rust-free even if the surface is compromised.
Our coils are specifically designed for industries requiring a balance of high-tensile strength and superior surface aesthetics. Whether for structural frames or decorative cladding, ProGuard™ provides a maintenance-free solution that lasts decades in even the most humid or saline environments.
We adhere to strict international quality benchmarks to ensure consistency across every batch.

ProGuard™ coils feature a Bright Metallic Silver finish. The cooling process is carefully controlled to produce specific "spangle" patterns:
- Regular Spangle: A distinct crystalline "flower" pattern, preferred for industrial roofing and outdoor structures.
- Zero Spangle: A perfectly smooth, matte silver finish. This is the ideal choice for high-end applications where the steel will be painted or powder-coated, as it prevents the crystal pattern from showing through the paint.
The durability and formability of GI coils make them indispensable across four primary sectors:
- Construction & Infrastructure: Used for high-load applications such as corrugated roofing, wall cladding, floor decking, purlins, and sandwich panels.
- HVAC & Ducting: The corrosion resistance against condensation makes it the standard material for air conditioning vents, ventilation pipes, and chimney systems.
- Home Appliances: ProGuard™ serves as the internal framework and back-paneling for "white goods," including refrigerators, washing machines, and microwave ovens.
- Solar & Energy: Essential for the mounting brackets and frames of solar PV systems, where 25-year outdoor durability is a mandatory requirement.
Our GI coils undergo a rigorous 180° Cold Bend Test, ensuring the coating never peels or cracks during fabrication. With Self-Healing Properties, the zinc layer naturally migrates to cover small scratches, preventing the spread of oxidation.
