1.BOPP Packing Tape Product Overview

BOPP packing tape is manufactured from high-quality biaxially oriented polypropylene film with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Available in thicknesses of 45μm, 48μm, and 50μm (±2μm tolerance), it comes in standard widths of 48mm, 50mm, and 60mm with roll lengths of 50m, 100m, and 150m, all customizable to specific requirements.

2.Performance Specifications

The tape demonstrates tensile strength ≥120N/cm (MD) and elongation at break of 80-120%. Its adhesive system delivers initial tack ≥No.12 steel ball, peel adhesion ≥5N/cm, and holding power ≥24 hours (1kg load). The product maintains performance across temperatures from -20°C to +60°C and humidity levels of 40-80% RH.
