BOPP packing tape is manufactured using biaxially oriented polypropylene film as the base material, combined with high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. This product offers excellent transparency and smoothness, perfectly preserving the original appearance of packaging boxes. Its specially designed molecular structure ensures balanced mechanical properties in both longitudinal and transverse directions.
Physical Characteristics
This tape demonstrates exceptional physical properties, with tensile strength exceeding 120N/cm and elongation at break maintained at approximately 180%. The substrate thickness uniformity is controlled within ±1.5μm, ensuring even force distribution during application. The tape surface undergoes corona treatment, achieving surface tension of 38 dyn/cm, significantly enhancing adhesive bonding effectiveness.
