BOPP packing tape is manufactured by combining biaxially oriented polypropylene film substrate with high-performance acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. This product features excellent transparency and uniform thickness distribution, with corona-treated surface ensuring firm adhesive bonding. Its unique material structure demonstrates balanced mechanical properties in both longitudinal and transverse directions, delivering stable and reliable sealing performance.

The standard product thickness ranges from 45-55 microns, available in three conventional width specifications: 48mm/50mm/60mm. The tape's initial tack meets the No.12 steel ball test standard, with holding power maintaining position for 24 hours without shifting. Tensile strength reaches ≥120N/cm while elongation at break is controlled within 200%, ensuring safe and reliable application.
