Jumbo roll sizes: width 980mm-1620mm, length 4000m-6000m. Thickness: 36μm-65μm (common: 40μm, 45μm, 48μm). Core size: 3" (76mm).
Adhesion & Durability
Water-based acrylic adhesive with strong initial tack (≥18# ball), holding power ≥24 hours, tensile strength ≥25 N/cm. Excellent adhesion on recycled cardboard with chemical and UV resistance.
Custom Printing
Supports custom "FRAGILE" printing and brand logos. Available in 1-5 colors. Artwork required in AI format, 300dpi minimum for JPG/TIFF/PSD files.
Film Quality
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) film base. Transparent grade offers high clarity with no yellowing over time; waterproof and heat-resistant.
