FRP T shape profile Glassfibre H/I beam Building Material
FRP pultrusion production is a continuous production process for producing glass fiber reinforced polymer profiles with arbitrary length and constant cross-section. The reinforcing fiber can be roving, continuous felt, woven fabric, carbon or other. The fiber is impregnated with polymer matrix (resin, mineral, pigment, additive) and passes through the pre-forming station, which generates necessary layering to give the required properties of the profile. After the pre-forming step, the resin impregnated fiber is pulled through the heating mold to polymerize the resin.
