How It works?

1. The machine is used in sorting disordered Plastic bottles.
2. The disordered bottles are carried into the storing bottle section of the ordering bottle machine.
3. With the help of the pushing force of the rotating disk, the bottles enter their position.
4. The function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow, the bottles are ordered into bottle mouth-up-position and are carried into the next process with the air-transferring type conveying bottle system.
5. This rotary bottle unscrambler machine is specially designed as a complete set for rinser/filler/capper monobloc and with the latest international technology.
6. The bottles are transferred through neck guided air conveyor to the monobloc after unscrambler with fast, high efficiency and sanitation.
