NP-VF Automatic Liquid Toilet Cleaner Filling Machine
This gravity-type filling machine is specifically designed for filling corrosive liquids such as bleach, sulfuric acid, 84 disinfectant, gel water, toilet cleaner, and more.
Constructed with an in-line structure, the number of filling heads can be customized according to different production capacities, ranging from 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, to 20 heads.
The filling volume is controlled by filling time, with weight feedback from each filling nozzle to the PLC to ensure high filling accuracy. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of strong plastic material (PP) to prevent corrosion.

2.Corrosion-Resistant Construction: All parts in contact with the liquid are made of anticorrosive non-metallic materials and include a diving function to prevent splashing and foaming.
3.Advanced Technology: This vertical filler integrates high-tech features such as PLC microcomputer programmable control, photoelectric transduction, and pneumatic action.

6.Individual Adjustment: Each filling head’s measurement can be individually adjusted to ensure consistent filling volumes.
7.Additional Functions: The machine features a bottle-feeding counting program and will not fill if bottles are not detected, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
