Product Details
Working Principle
The sensor detects the passing product and sends a signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the system releases the label and attaches it to the product. As the product moves through the cover labeling device, the label adheres to the product, completing the labeling process.
Optional Features and Parts:
1. Coding Machine: A thermal coding machine prints the production date, expiration date, production batch number, etc. Coding and labeling are synchronized to improve production efficiency.
2. Inkjet Printer: Compatible with mainstream inkjet printers on the market, allowing for precise inkjet printing on the designated position of the label, perfectly integrated with the labeling machine.
3. Universal Sensor: Standard sensors cannot detect transparent labels, so special sensors imported from Germany are required.
4. Reader: Reads QR codes, barcodes, and other information to facilitate the establishment of a product database for product traceability.
