NP-LC Full-automatic Linear Spindle Capping Machine

     The NP-LC Capping Machine is capable of performing automatic bottle feeding, cap unscrambling, cap conveying, cap placing, cap pressing, cap screwing, and bottle discharging.

The primary drive components are located within the electric cabinet, preventing contamination of materials from wear on the drive mechanism. All parts that come into contact with materials are highly polished for precision. Additionally, the machine is equipped with safety protection devices that stop the machine if no cap is detected and start the machine when a cap is detected.

MAIN FEATURE

1. The machine features a capping head designed specifically for the cap lid, with adjustable torque to prevent the lid from breaking or being damaged. This machine is ideal for capping round flat-top lids, particularly for bottles where the bottle mouth height is equal to or lower than the bottle body.
2. It has an advanced human-machine control system, equipped with data storage and malfunction alarm functions, making it easy to operate.
3. The entire machine is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, offering a perfect appearance design and meeting GMP standards.
4. The capping heads are available in single, double, triple, and quadruple configurations, among others, as options.

The double belts height is adjustable to fit differnet sizes bottles.and the angle is adjustable according to the bottle shape, more stable. Speed is frenquecy contolled to match the conveyor and capping speed
