The NP-LC Glass Bottle Capping Machine is designed to perform the entire capping process, including automatic bottle feeding, cap unscrambling, cap conveying, cap placing, cap pressing, cap screwing, and bottle discharging, in a linear type configuration.
This glass bottle capping machine features PLC control for precise and reliable operation. The main drive components are housed within an electric cabinet, preventing material contamination from drive mechanism wear. The parts that come into contact with the materials are polished to a high degree of precision. Additionally, the machine is equipped with safety protection devices that can stop the machine if no cap is detected and restart it once a cap is detected.
