Full-automatic glass bottle Capping Machine

The NP-LC Glass Bottle Capping Machine is designed to perform the entire capping process, including automatic bottle feeding, cap unscrambling, cap conveying, cap placing, cap pressing, cap screwing, and bottle discharging, in a linear type configuration.

This glass bottle capping machine features PLC control for precise and reliable operation. The main drive components are housed within an electric cabinet, preventing material contamination from drive mechanism wear. The parts that come into contact with the materials are polished to a high degree of precision. Additionally, the machine is equipped with safety protection devices that can stop the machine if no cap is detected and restart it once a cap is detected.

1. The machine features variable speed AC motors that provide efficient and flexible operation.
2. It is equipped with spindle wheels adjustment knobs, complemented by lock nut hand wheels for precise adjustments.
3. A meter index is included to facilitate easy and accurate mechanical adjustments.
4. The design eliminates the need for change parts, accommodating a wide range of container sizes and shapes.
5. It boasts a comprehensive universal cap chute and escapement system, ensuring smooth and consistent cap placement.
6. Additionally, the machine includes a two-layer bottle clamping belt, making it suitable for containers of various shapes and sizes.

1. Each wheel's speed is individually adjustable through frequency control.
2. The wheels can operate in opposite directions if necessary to ensure proper cap fitting on the bottles.
3. The wheels are made of soft material to prevent damage to the caps.
4. The wheels are horizontally adjustable to accommodate different cap sizes.
5. The wheels are vertically adjustable to fit bottles of varying heights.
6. Each wheel is driven by its own motor for precise control.

Two-layer Bottle Clamp Belt
The height of the double belts can be adjusted to accommodate different bottle sizes, and the angle can be modified according to the bottle shape for enhanced stability. The speed is controlled by frequency to match both the conveyor and capping speeds.

Motors

1. There are 6 motors for the 6 capping wheels, which can be upgraded to servo motors for adjustable torque if required by the customer.
2. There are 2 motors for the bottle clamping belt.
3. One motor is dedicated to adjusting the machine's height up and down.
4. The capping torque is adjustable as an optional feature.
