Automatic Sticker Double Sides Labeling Machine
The automatic double-side adhesive labeling machine is designed for applying sticker labels on both the front and back sides of bottles, jars, and similar containers that can be round, flat, oval, rectangular, or square in shape. The labeling speed is dependent on the stable movement of the product along the conveyor system of the machine, particularly at higher speeds.
Working Process:
1. Core Working Principle:
The sensor detects the presence of a product as it passes by and sends a signal to the labeling control system. The control system then triggers the release of a label at the precise position, attaching it to the designated area on the product. As the product moves through the labeling device, the label is applied and firmly affixed. This completes the labeling process.
2. Operation Process:
- Manually place products (or connect to an assembly line)
- Product conveying
- Product separation
- Product alignment
- Labeling and re-labeling (automatically performed by the equipment)
- Collection of labeled products.
