Automatic Sticker Double Sides Labeling Machine
The automatic double-sided adhesive labeling machine is engineered to apply sticker labels on both the front and back surfaces of bottles, jars, and similar containers, regardless of whether they are round, flat, oval, rectangular, or square in shape. The labeling speed relies on the consistent and stable movement of the products along the machine's conveyor system, especially when operating at higher speeds.
Operation Process:
Manually place products (or connect to an assembly line) → Product conveying → Product separation → Product alignment → Labeling and re-labeling (automatically performed by the machine) → Collection of labeled products.

1. Easy adjustment, allowing for front, back, left, right, up, and down positioning, as well as adjustable flat surfaces and angled surfaces. The adjustable seat ensures that different bottle shapes can be labeled without any dead angles, making adjustments quick and simple.

4. Intelligent control system with automatic photoelectric tracking, ensuring that labels are not dispensed when no product is present. It includes automatic correction and testing functions to prevent label leakage and wastage.
5. Constructed with stainless steel and aluminum alloy, the machine is durable, hygienic, and compliant with GMP requirements.
6. Includes features such as automatic stop, product counting, and power-saving mode (automatically enters standby mode to save energy when no products are detected for a set period).
